Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backordered products can still be purchased, and will ship out once stock has been replenished.  Some products are made to order and cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.

All Shipping rates apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside this area please contact us for proper shipping rates. Items that will be shipped outside the lower 48 states will be charged additional shipping fees if the item you are purchasing does not fit inside a flat rate USPS box.

LTL shipped items may ship on one of a handful of carriers we work with and may require you to cover additional lift gate, terminal, or residential surcharges specific to your area or delivery address as imposed by the carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department and promptly file a report. If you live or work in an area known for package theft, please contact us and we can arrange shipping to a safer location or add a signature requirement to your purchase, ensuring that it is delivered directly to you.

For International Orders please email us the complete shipping address you would like to get the item shipped to at sales@flintcreekholdings.com Be sure to include any special notes that are relevant for international shipping.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees based on the shipping carrier and the destination country. Flint Creek has no control over this.

Please note that orders placed for any amount are not final are not considered valid orders until confirmed.  Promotional offers and discounts (e.g. veteran or military discount) are subject to verification.
